Sophia Lambert

I am a PhD student in macroevolution studying the diversification of microorganisms. Specifically, I am interested in the ecological and metabolic strategies of prokaryotes and micro-eukaryotes and how these can explain their diversification dynamic. I thus develop diversification models adapted to microbial datasets, fast inference techniques using deep learning and apply them to reconstructed microbial phylogenies.
