I specialise in computational methods for Bayesian phylogenetic inference. I have worked most extensively with BEAST2, but I am also experienced in other probabilistic phylogenetic software (e.g., MrBayes and IQ-TREE).
For my current research, I investigate how different clock model assumptions affect tree inference and estimation of diversification parameters. Broadly, I am interested in the interaction between clock models and birth-death processes.
