By combining expertise in microbial ecology, evolutionary biology, and bioinformatics, I try to better understand the diversity of the microbial world, its functioning and evolutionary history. I currently work in synergy with the TARA Oceans consortium in EUROPE and anvi’o team in the USA to explore the genomic content and dynamics of phytoplankton at large-scale.
