I am an evolutionary biologist and artist from Arizona. My current scientific research at the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin looks at patterns of diversification and morphological adaptations in recent and extinct mammals. Recent projects include a study of the integrative taxonomy of African antelopes and a geometric morphometric evaluation of cranial evolution in the Equidae.
I am also interested in (re-examining) the history and philosophy of biology and am one of the core members of the Institute of Queer Ecology, an arts collective interested in the intersection of queer & feminist theories, mutualism, and multispecies futures.
