I am Curator of the annelid, mollusc and helminth parasite collections at the American Museum of Natural History.  Among my contributions to theory and practise of systematics are things like taxon jackknifing, partition (locus) bootstrapping, and assessments of correlation between associated trees (like hosts and parasites), some of which were included in the RandomCladistics package or more recently as scripts for TNT.  My research program includes both morphological and molecular approaches to taxonomy and systematics as well as examination of evolution of transcriptomic and genomic data in a phylogenetic context.
