I am a PhD candidate at The University of Valencia (Department of Prehistory, Archaeology and Ancient History). My thesis dissertation focuses on Attic pottery trade in the western Mediterranean: series, contexts and distribution.
As a substantial part of my own research, I implement new technologies to analyze both geospatial and object data. I am currently exploring the application of GIS techniques to macro and micro scenarios, from defining ancient commercial routes to rationalizing field strata. I am also working on the use of Blender and 3D-modeling programs to the study of archaeological materials, mainly ceramics.
