If you are interested in registering for a course, please visit the course webpage on our website, and find the registration form at the bottom. When you submit the registration form correctly, you will be redirected to a new page with a message saying “Registration Submitted”, and you will receive an email from us confirming your registration.

I am on the waiting list for a course. When will I know if there is a spot for me on it?

If you are on the waiting list, it means that the course is full. However, it is not uncommon that we will receive last-minute cancellations. In those cases, we offer available spaces to participants from the waiting list, in order of registration. This might be up until the last minute before the course, so please check your inbox regularly.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer all of our courses every year. If you would like to be notified when the course of your interest will be offered again, you can subscribe to our newsletters (they are sent monthly). You can find the subscription form at the footer of our website.

Do you offer discounts on your courses?

Frequently Asked Questions: Do you offer discounts on your courses?

We offer three types of discounts on course fees:

Former course participants receive a 5% discount. There is an option to indicate this in the course registration form.

Members of our Ambassador Institutions receive a 20% discount. There is an option to indicate this in the course registration form. Relevant documentation might be requested as proof of your membership to the indicated Ambassador Institution.

Unemployed scientists living in Spain may benefit from a 40% discount. If you would like to apply for this discount, please indicate it in the Comments section of the registration form. Relevant documentation will be requested.

Discounts are not cumulative.

Do you offer fee waivers for your courses?

Occasionally, we offer fee waivers for specific courses. These fee waivers are supported by donations. If there are fee waivers available for the course you are interested in, it will be marked on the course webpage. Unfortunately, if the course you are interested in does not offer a fee waiver on its webpage, we cannot offer one for this course.

In order to receive a fee waiver, you will need to register for the course and then fill in the fee waiver form. You will not be expected to pay the course fee, and if you are not granted the waiver, you can always withdraw.

How can my institution become an Ambassador Institution?

If your institution/association is not on our Ambassador Institution list, and you would like it to join, we will need a contact person to develop an agreement with.

We keep our Ambassador Institutions informed about courses, which might be of interest to their members.
